How We Work

We assign Virtual Assistant(s) by following these three (3) simple steps:

Coordination

The first step involves obtainment of requirements from the business or individual concerned relative to having a Virtual Assistant. Good examples are required skills for a VA.

Interview

The second step involves the client’s freedom to assess the selected Virtual Assistant for him or her through an interview.

On-boarding

The last step is immediate on-boarding of the Virtual Assistant provided the client approved him or her. Otherwise, second step will be repeated with a new Virtual Assistant for evaluation.

Once you start working with your VA, you will only have to focus on the tasks to be done. We will take care of the VA’s supervision and all human resources-related activities.
